Hi friends! How was your weekend? This weekend could not have been better! Between visiting family, food, football and shopping, it was a complete success! Now that the holiday season is in full swing I have been sprucing up the house with Christmas decorations. One of my favorite pieces is this DIY Easy Christmas Holiday Centerpiece.
I am way overdue for a house update. This is a small part of a huge makeover I’m working on: curb appeal! There is no denying when I bought this house it needed a little TLC. The house is very loved, but its style dates back to the mid-century. One of the easiest ways to makeover the front door is with paint and a seasonal wreath.
One of my neighbors had a pallet laying around she wasn’t using and offered it to me. Recycling the pallet by making an herb garden was the first thing that popped in my head. Each division of the pallet serves as a separate “pot” and it’s easy to move around while I update my backyard landscape.
Who doesn’t love fun floaties? Floatapalooza is officially here! I am currently visiting my family in St. Louis and we spent a good portion of yesterday at my brother and sister-in-law’s house hanging out by the pool. Their pool offers a variety of floats that are perfect for all ages and occasions.
Happy Flag Day! Red, white and blue is one of my favorite classic summer color palettes. It represents strength, unity and USA!
