DIY Contact Cards

Hi lovelies! This past weekend when I went to Spring at the Silos, I wanted to have an easy and quick way to provide my contact information, if necessary. I have a business card company I love, but didn’t have the time to design and wait for shipping. The night before we headed down to Waco, I gathered a few supplies and put these contact cards together. For those in any creative business, these are one way to share your information when you are at shows or gatherings, if you don’t otherwise have business cards. They take a little computer savviness but are otherwise a unique way to represent yourself. So let’s get to it!

Spring at the Silos Event

Never could I have imagined that several of my favorite creative women from around the country were going to unite in a town near Dallas. Leave it to Joanna Gaines to make it happen! She invited over 100 artisans to set up booths for Spring at the Silos, an event at Magnolia filled with shopping, music, yoga and great food.

Lasagna Zucchini Boats

For those who love lasagna – you know it’s really just spaghetti-flavored cake. The layers of cheesy goodness melting with the meat sauce….mmmm. Lasagna is usually my go-to entree at Italian restaurants because it always leave me in a state of blissful satisfaction. In order to eat lasagna more often, we replaced the noodles with zucchini. Let me tell you, coming from someone who eats/breathes/sleeps/dreams of their carbs, these lasagna zucchini boats are pretty delicious!!
