While I had to work most of the weekend, the weather in Dallas could not have been more perfect! The cooler temperatures had me putting away my tank tops and pulling out my favorite fall threads – flannel, plaids and gem hues!

This Erin Fetherston dress works wonderfully in this season of transition, as it provides a little more coverage than sundresses however it doesn’t get too hot in the afternoons. The lace detail is so beautiful, and I love the higher neckline paired with the long sleeves.

Full disclosure:  This is my first fashion-blogish post. Hence, total blonde moment when leaving on my sunglasses for all pictures. We’re just going to roll with it! This won’t be my last mistake – my natural bottle blonde tendencies will shine again soon, I’m sure.
