Cranberries and pine cones are like Santa and Rudolph, like Frosty and his button nose, like Elf and maple syrup. They just pair so nicely together during the holidays! I have always loved a little rustic touch for the holiday season, and this cranberry and pine cone garland brings the holiday joy to mantles, Christmas trees and window ledges. Use this for both Thanksgiving and Christmas interior decor.

Gifts For Her: Under $30

Happy Friday, yall! We are officially one week out from Black Friday (gasp!) so I’m getting a head start on ideas for friends and family. Normally my mom and I wake up very early in the morning and drive out to the mall and hardware stores (they have some amazing Black Friday steals and no crowds early in the morning), however this year I will be working through the holiday. Thankfully, online shopping is super easy to complete from the comfort of the couch.
Operation Christmas Child
Hey y’all! Today is my birthday and I could not think of a better way to celebrate than with Operation Christmas Child during their National Collection Week! Each year I look forward to making a shoebox stuffed with gifts for children, and Operation Christmas Child then brings them to underserved areas around the world. These shoeboxes function not only as presents for the children but also as a way to share the Gospel of Jesus. Putting together the boxes brings so much joy to the kids – and me!
Apple-Braised Cabbage
A few days ago it was rainy, cooler and I wanted something healthy but satisfying. I decided to try something a little out of my norm: braised cabbage. I had heard good things about braised cabbage, but wondered if it really lived up to its reputation. Braised cabbage…good? I had my doubts but this apple braised cabbage is not only good, but it’s also savory, filling and delicious without the guilt!
