Easter Basket Cookies 🌸 These are so easy to make! Take break-and-bake sugar cookie dough, roll it into balls, coat it in non-pareil or spring sprinkles. Place in a mini muffin pan and use your finger to hollow out the center and create a “basket”. Bake as directed on packaging. Use a teaspoon to hollow out the basket a little more. Allow to fully cool before removing cookie from muffin tin. Fill with frosting. I used regular, store-bought frosting. Top with mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans. Make the handle using a sour straw. Enjoy!
