These last two weeks we have had a blast trekking through the mountains and embracing the cooler temperatures up north. Most nights in Banff, I had to layer up for dinner after the sunsets. A classic way I love autumn layering is with a gingham collared shirt and a sweater. Simple, but sophisticated.
One place I have always been fascinated by is Banff, located in Alberta, Canada. The picturesque landscapes with mountains and turquoise blue lakes are something that resembles a Bob Ross painting. Within the town of Banff, the streets are lined with lush flowers, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and shops. Visiting Banff was a trip of a lifetime that I cannot recommend enough for those who yearn for nature or have an adventurous soul. Dinners, activities and fashion decisions are usually minimized so I can maintain a harmonious balance between a busy hospital work schedule and family.
